When Ziva Fitness approached us to revolutionize their equipment lineup, we saw an opportunity to challenge the intimidating, industrial aesthetic that dominates the fitness equipment market. Our mission was to create a more approachable and inviting visual language while maintaining the professional-grade durability that serious athletes demand.
The comprehensive design initiative encompassed everything from fundamental pieces like weight plates and exercise balls to complex equipment including specialized machines and functional training gear. We focused on developing softer, more organic forms that would feel less intimidating to fitness newcomers while still conveying strength and reliability. The storage and racking systems were reimagined with both form and function in mind, creating a cohesive gym environment that feels organized and welcoming rather than cluttered and overwhelming.
Our design philosophy centered on breaking down barriers to entry in the fitness space.
